I get a lot of the same questions, so here are the answers to the most common ones!
What kinds of books do you write?
I write heartwarming and highly emotional women’s fiction and family sagas set in places you’d love
to vacation. My books are free of vulgar language and have no on-page sex. My books can be safely
read by all ages.
What series do you have?
Texas Gold Collection (four standalone stories all set in Texas)
Sun Valley Series (four sisters in popular ski resort in Idaho)
Pacific Bay Series (stories with connected characters set in a small town on the Oregon coast)

Are your books clean?
Yes! My books are clean with no explicit content or foul language. Just heartwarming stories,
wonderful settings, and characters you’ll fall in love with.
Why should I buy from your store?
If you want to support authors directly, buying from their store cuts out the middleman and allows
them to keep most of their profits. As authors, we share a large percentage of our profits with
retailers when you buy through them. That being said, I still love my retailers like Amazon, Apple,
Google, and Nook, so buy where you feel led to buy!
How do I know you’re not a scammer?
When buying online these days, I know it’s hard to figure out who’s legitimate and who’s a scammer. I
am a USA Today bestselling author who started publishing under contract with large publishing
houses. In 2016, I bought the rights back to all my books and started my own publishing company,
Amnos Media Group. I’ve been publishing on Amazon, Apple, Nook, Kobo, and other retailers since
2012. This store runs on Shopify, which powers online stores for many big companies. You can also

What is BookFunnel?
BookFunnel is the trusted delivery service I use to get your ebooks and audiobooks to you after
purchase. It’s been used by thousands of authors and millions of readers. When you buy a digital
book from my store, BookFunnel sends you an email with a download link and easy instructions for
getting your book onto whatever device you use, whether that’s a Kindle, Nook, tablet, or phone. If
you ever have trouble, their tech support team is incredibly helpful.
How do I get my ebooks and audiobooks after I buy them?
After you purchase, you’ll receive an email from BookFunnel with your download link and
instructions for how to send your book to your Kindle, Nook, tablet, or phone. If you have any
problems finding the email or downloading your books, please email the BookFunnel tech team at
help@bookfunnel.com. They’re great at helping with download and device questions.
Can I read your ebooks on my Kindle?
Yes! As soon as you purchase, you’ll receive an email from BookFunnel, my delivery partner. That
email has your download links and instructions for sending your book to your chosen device,
including Kindle, iPad, iPhone, Nook and more. Don’t want to wait for the instructions? This page

I’m not very techy. Can I still buy from you?
Yes! My ebooks can be downloaded and sent to any modern ereader, including Kindle, iPad, Nook
and more. You can even read on your phone or with the free BookFunnel app. No worries if you
aren’t techy. BookFunnel’s support team is always there to help!
I can’t find my download. What do I do?
First, check your BookFunnel library at my.bookfunnel.com your books there, email
help@bookfunnel.com and they will get right back with you. You can also go straight to their help

Do you sell paperbacks?
Yes! Currently, my paperbacks are available at Amazon and Barnes and Noble. Soon, paperback
copies will be available here as well. So, keep watching!
Do you have audiobooks?
Yes! Many of my books are already in audio and I’m working on getting the rest ready for readers
who prefer to listen to the stories. You listen to them on the free BookFunnel app, which works just
like your favorite audio apps. In addition to my direct store, my audiobooks are distributed by
Dreamscape and available on Audible and other retailers (but at a much higher cost!)
Where can I find large print books?
Large print books are currently in the works. Check back soon!
Can I buy your books outside the US?
Currently, my products are only available in the US.
Where do you post about giveaways and new releases?
I have a newsletter where I announce giveaways, discount opportunities, new releases, and general
book-related news. I also have a reader community called The Gilbert Girls on Patreon. There’s a link
here on the store. I hope you’ll consider joining me there!
Why buy direct from this store instead of Amazon?
Discounted ebook and audiobook bundles, special editions, and exclusive content (like bonus scenes)
are only available here, direct from the author. Buying direct also means a larger share of each sale

Do you appear at book clubs and store signings?
Absolutely! I love talking with book clubs, either in person or on Zoom. I also love to meet with
